Courteney Cox has never been more candid about her experience with facial fillers and injectables.

The F.R.I.E.N.D.S. actress appeared on a recent episode of the Gloss Angeles podcast, where she discussed her beauty routine, favourite skincare products, and history with beauty fillers with hosts Kirbie Johnson and Sarah Tan Christensen. Courteney admitted that her biggest beauty regret was getting too many beauty fillers at a young age.

In a clip shared on the podcast's Instagram page, Courteney can be seen telling Johnson and Christensen that thinking that she was getting older when she was actually younger was a 'bummer'. She referred to the procedure as a 'domino effect,' explaining that because patients are unaware that they appear 'a little off,' they continue to receive fillers because they appear normal to themselves.

"You look in the mirror and go, 'Oh, that looks good,' you think, and you don't realise what it looks like to the outside person, and just doing too many fillers and having to have them removed, which thank God they are removable, I think I messed up a lot and now luckily I can, I was able to reverse most of that, now I'm actually just older," Courteney explained.

Courteney Cox revealed that her biggest beauty regret is using facial fillers. She also revealed that her publicist would not allow her to post pictures from previous times when she had too many fillers with captions like 'oh this is what my friend was talking about,' because she believes that when one has fillers, they do not realise it until their friends point it out.

Facial fillers are "substances injected into the skin to smooth wrinkles and make them less noticeable," according to the Mayo Clinic.

Cox has frequently discussed fillers and ageing over the years. In a 2017 interview with New Beauty, she confirmed that all of her fillers had "dissolved" and explained why the change made her feel more like herself.
