1. Wash eyes with cold water:
If long stretches of screen time on your computer is causing your eyes to pain, you could definitely reduce this pain by washing your eyes with cold water. This could help reduce eye fatigue and irritability. If you are facing extreme irritation, you should wash your eyes a couple of times.


2. Use water infused with basil and mint:
Water infused with basil and mint could prove helpful in removing eye fatigue. You should first soak basil and mint leaves in water and leave it to get infused overnight. Apply it to your eyes as soon as you wake up in the morning. You should use cotton balls to apply this mixture on your eyes. This concoction has proved to be quite effective in removing pain and burning sensation from the eyes.  


3. Yoga:
Yoga techniques like closing your eyes and meditating regularly can help you get rid of fatigue and irritability in your eyes.


4. Getting enough sleep:
Along with yoga, it is also necessary to get enough sleep daily. An adult needs a minimum of 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily to get rid of irritability and fatigue in his/her eyes.


5. Usage of Rose Water:
You can also use rose water to get rid of eye irritation and fatigue. In order to use it effectively, you should put in a bowl and mix it with cold water. Applying this mixture on your eyes with the help of cotton balls can help get rid of pain and irritability in a short span of time.
