"Oscars ke pehle workout toh banta hain na? (Just before the Oscars, at least a workout is essential, right?) Sharing a glimpse into @deepikapadukone‘s 6:30 am workout before getting ready for the Oscars. The secret to her gorgeousness besides her genes is also her discipline, dedication, and commitment to maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Don’t you agree? " remarked Karachiwala, who also said it was an "amazing journey" training her for the #oscars.

She is seen exercising on the Pilates reformer.

Researchers claim that early morning workouts can raise the levels of endorphins or 'happy chemicals'. These hormones, which are produced after an exercise in the morning, improve mood and productivity by enhancing attention, alertness, energy, and decision-making.

Morning workouts also help create consistency and enhance circadian rhythm since the body will naturally become more active during the day and will feel fatigued towards the end of the day, therefore preserving the circadian cycle.

If someone has a busy schedule, it is best to complete the workout first thing in the morning. Nonetheless, this does not exclude working out at the conclusion of a long day.
