Art Of Balancing Work And Fitness In 2020 By Celebrity Action Trainer Kuldeep Shashi

A lot of us like admiring celebrities for their fitness and sculpted bodies, we must know for the fact that there a lot of people involved in the making of their aesthetic physiques.

A fit lifestyle has become the necessity of the time but due to busy working schedules people find it difficult to maintain one these days. Popular celebrity action trainer, Kuldeep Shashi who has been in this business of training celebrities for quite a long now is the name behind the fitness regime of some of Bollywood's top actors and actresses.
A lot of us like admiring celebrities for their fitness and sculpted bodies, we must know for the fact that there a lot of people involved in the making of their aesthetic physiques. There are, of course, many in the movie business who wants stars to be in 'top shape' but the real work is actually put in by the fitness trainers of these celebrities.
It would not be wrong to say that no celebrity would have been able to pull up such fantastic shape had it not been for these unsung heroes, who can also be touted as the body double of these celebrities who remain behind the screen and let the stars shine on the silver screen.
Sharing his experience, Kuldeep says, "What's an ideal fit lifestyle? It's something that makes you feel productive from inside as well as outside. People take-up fancy diets, costly products and then end up screwing it all."
Right from Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Hritik Roshan, Tiger Shroff to Mouni Roy, Kuldeep has assisted several actors and actresses to look fit and attractive on screen. Kuldeep has simplified the ideal fit life, a person should follow.
"Healthy life shouldn't be compromised. Everyone can life one, with the proper art of balancing. Eat as much as unpacked food you can. Carry whole foods like fruits, boiled vegetables, dry fruits, etc to work. Make sure you make some body movements for at least 30 to 45 mins a day. It can be a simple jog or proper gyming. It helpless," he says.
"Set some fit goals from the 2020 and achieve it slowly and with full determination. All the best," the celebrity action trainer adds further.
