KT Rama Rao inspects Metro Rail work in Secunderabad

Secunderabad (Telangana) [India], September 21 (ANI): Telangana IT Minister K.T. Rama Rao on Thursday inspected the L&T Metro Rail work at Oliphenta Bridge in Secunderabad.

KTR also interacted with the workers during today's inspection and gathered information on the work culture.

While addressing the media KTR said, "We personally invited honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the inauguration of metro rail. This metro rail construction was completed on July 2017 but like other major cities such as Bangalore, Lucknow we didn't plan for short distances, otherwise we would have inaugurated it two years ago from Nagole to Mettuguda".

"For better facility; we planned to start this metro rail which connects corners of the city. Metro route from Nagole to Miyapur will complete in November. We will also inaugurate the 30 kms railway link and Prime Minister will do the honours," KTR added.(ANI)
