In a press conference, the Railway Superintendent of Police (SP), Ruchi Vardhan, informed that two of the accused were in the judicial remand, while one was in the police remand.

The culprits also looted articles from the victim, such as earrings, watch, and mobile phone.

The fourth accused had a bounty of Rs. 10,000 over his head, which would be distributed among the officials who helped nab him, the SP informed.

Speaking to ANI, SP Vardhan divulged further details of the accused arrested today.

"The identification of the accused is coming up as Suresh alias Ramesh Mehra, but we have to verify it. His age is around 35, and he claims to belong to Narsinghpur, but all these details will be taken on police remand," Vardhan added.
