Even after becoming a mother, Shilpa Shetty Kundra's fitness regime is commendable. Shilpa Shetty is the first Bollywood actress to have released a Power Yoga DVD. Even at the age of 46, Shilpa Shetty gives a tough fight to an actress half her age in terms of fitness. For a toned body and a great figure, Shilpa does cardio workouts to weight training and yoga. According to media reports, Shilpa works out 5 days a week. She does yoga for 2 days, strength training for 2 days and cardio for 1 day. Apart from this, Shilpa Shetty consumes 1800 calories every day. The actress starts her day with amla and aloe vera juice. Shilpa uses olive oil for cooking. After working out, Shilpa Shetty definitely takes a protein shake. She keeps one day a week as Cheat Day and eats whatever she wants on this day.

According to media reports, Shilpa has a bowl of porridge and tea for breakfast. After a workout, Shilpa eats 2 dates and 8 raisins along with a protein shake. In lunch, Shilpa eats multigrain flour rotis with ghee. Shilpa likes to have green tea in the afternoon. She likes to have soy milk in the evening and takes only salad or soup for dinner.
