New Delhi: The vaccine has proved to be very effective in preventing death due to coronavirus infection. This has been revealed in a report released by the Indian Council of Medical Research and National Institute of Epidemiology (ICMR-NIE). The report reveals that the first dose of the vaccine is up to 82 percent effective in preventing death. And if a person is given both doses, then it shoots up to 95 percent.
