Mumbai: OTT lovers are eagerly waiting for the release of 'Mumbai Diaries 26/11' ever since the trailer was unveiled. Ahead of the release of the series, Amazon Prime Video paid a heartfelt tribute in a unique way to the frontline workers. TV's Mahadev aka Mohit Raina, who is playing the lead role in the medical thriller, narrated a poem in an animated video. The poem, which has been penned by Rakesh Tiwari, is titled 'Saahas Ko Salaam'.


The verses in this poem thank the medical staff for staying true to their oath, helping and serving selflessly. The official Twitter handle of Amazon Prime Video shared the clip for the fans. The tweet read, "Join #MumbaiDiariesOnPrime in celebrating the might of our courageous frontline workers.

The tribute is meant to create a ripple effect among the audience and ask them to share their messages and gratitude for the frontline heroes. 



Mumbai Diaries 26/11 Trailer


The trailer of the web series was unveiled at Mumbai's iconic Taj Gateway. Maharashtra Minister of Tourism and Environment, Aaditya Thackeray attended the trailer launch event wherein the makers paid a tribute to the frontline workers. 


'Mumbai Diaries', which is a fictional take on Mumbai's 26/11 attacks, promises to keep the viewers on the edge of their seats. It has been jointly directed by Nikkhil Advani and Nikhil Gonsalves. 



Mumbai Diaries Star Cast 


The much-awaited web series features several known names like Konkona Sen Sharma, Mohit Raina, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Satyajeet Dubey, Natasha Bharadwaj, Tina Desai and Mrunmayee Deshpande. 


'Mumbai Diaries 26/11' will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video from September 9.
