According to the latest reports in Times of India, the actress hasn't been well and she continued shooting for an important promo despite puking all day. In fact, the source also added how difficult it was for her to eat since she was puking everything she ate and felt extremely uneasy, and also got stomach cramps. However, she did not let the time and efforts of the entire time go wasted and behaved like a complete professional, continuing to shoot despite the pain. Her brother visited her on the sets with medicines and the actress also obliged her fans with pictures and smiled for them.
We hear that the team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was also extremely cooperative with her and went on easy and slow with the shoot. Shivangi confirmed the news with a portal and also stated that she was doing well now, upon asking.
