Tv actress Shruti who's now more popularly known as 'Vandu Chitti' or 'Vandu Akka' the sister of 'Ishita' in Star Plus show 'YHM' has quit the show this week and her character was just killed in a road accident on the show last night.
The regular watchers of the show are sad to see her leave and they wonder why after 4 years of association with the show, Shruti decided to bid it goodbye!
Plyaing the big sister of show's female protagonist 'Ishita' and the wife of the endearing character 'Bala' (Pankaj Bhatia), her chemistry with her husband and her sensibility and charm always touched the hearts of the audience.

Well, Shruti did enjoy working on this show but she decided to leave it now because as an actor she wanted to move on to something else.
Shruti told ABP Live, “It was good run for three years and It was a great time but as an actor I wanted to move on to something else. I will relax for some time and then will get back to work”.
Shruti also said that she will remain in touch with the cast post quitting and also revealed that she is the closest to Neena Kulkarni, who plays her onscreen mother 'Madhavi Vishwanathan Iyer' and Anita Hassanandani (plays Shagun Arora).
Shruti shared a picture collage with her on-screen family, Pankaj Bhatia, Abhay Bhargava(her father) & Neena with a message for fans as her final bye that read, "A big Thank you to all the supporters and viewers of Ye hai mohabbatein for all the love all these years and my team of supremely talented and such fun co actors it's been an incredible time and I love you all so much!!!thank you for being there beyond the set life! ❤️❤️❤️????????????????????????"
Her another post had her picture with Divyanka and the then & now moments with the old and new 'Mihika Iyer', her on-screen cousin sister played formerly by Mihika Verma and currently by Avantika Kundaal.

Divyanka, who's all set to dance with her Baliye Vivek Dahiya in 'Nach Baliye 8'[Divyanka & Vivek’s first PROMO is finally OUT!] is also sad to see Shruti leave and writes a message for her saying she will miss her.

Her on-screen husband Pankaj Bhatia aka 'Bala' has this to say while she leaves.
Before Shruti, another main cast member Mihika Verma had also quit the show and replaced by Avantika.
