Reportedly, the lead actor of the show Namish Taneja became a real life hero by saving his co-star Neelu Vaghela from being run over by a truck that lost its control during the shoot of an upcoming sequence. Those who were present on-the-sets, witnessed the near fatal accident. And if Namish was not alert enough, the two actors would have really injured themselves bad. According to various reports, the crew was shooting a scene where the goons, in order to kill Satya Devi (Neelu Vaghela), push her wheelchair in front of a truck. Namish decided to push the chair due to some technical issues. However, as the truck headed towards them, Namish realised it had lost balance and quickly pushed the chair out of its way.
