The two are busy completing the final formalities after which Ruby will get a clearance and will be able to come back to India from Dubai.
Meanwhile according to a report published in SpotboyE : Amit has left for the US to shoot for a few music videos. He is accompanied by Jiyana. A source revealed, “Amit had committed to these music videos as he found them to be exciting. He has been going through a difficult patch the last few months and has left no stone in trying to get Ruby free and keeping Jiyana calm.”
Looks like the actor won't be there to welcome his wife back after her tough days in Dubai.

Amit Tandon was stood solid like a rock and often visited the Al Raffa jail in Dubai, where Ruby had been kept behind bars.
For the uninitiated, Amit Tandon's wife Ruby Tandon, who is a well-known dermatologist, was remanded in a jail in Dubai for allegedly threatening some government officials.
Ruby had a flourishing career in Mumbai with many television celebrities like Mouni Roy, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Iqbal Khan, Vikram Bhatt and many more among others in her high-profile clientele list.
The dermatologist, as per sources, visits various countries for professional commitments, and during one of her trips in July last year, she was allegedly held in remand at Al Raffa jail, after some DHA (Dubai Health Authorities) complained against her.
The authorities even rejected her bail pleas but now things would be finally back to normalcy.
