New Delhi: Television actor Tunisha Sharma left a heartfelt voicemail for Kehekshan Faisi, mother of her ex-boyfriend Sheezan Khan. According to news agency IANS, earlier in the day on Monday in Mumbai, Sheezan's sisters played the voice note for the press.
Tunisha said in the voice message, where it was evident she was disturbed, "Aap mere liye bahut maine rakhte ho, Amma, bahut zyada ... aap jaante bhi nahi ho, isiliye aapse har baat share karne ka mann karta hai. Isiliye mere zehen mein jo bhi hoga, main aapko bataungi ... Lekin pata nahin, pata nahin mujhe khud kya ho raha hai nahin pata. (You mean a lot to me, Amma. You don't even know. That's why I feel like sharing everything with you. Whatever I have in my heart, I will say it. But I just don't know what is happening to me.)
Shehzaan Khan's family said at the same news conference that late actor Tunisha Sharma's mother had ignored her daughter's mental state. The actor allegedly suffered emotional trauma as a consequence of being forced to work since she was a young child.
"We went to meet Tunisha's mother and we wanted to improve their bond. She needed treatment for her mental health. Later, Tunisha and her mother came and asked for the doctor's number," Sheezan's mother told the media.
Sheezan and Tunisha, according to the former's mother, were drawn to one another because he understood her trauma.
On December 24, 2022, Tunisha Sharma took her own life on the sets of ‘Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul’. She hung herself in the dressing room of her co-star and ex-boyfriend, Sheezan Khan. Waliv Police in the Palghar district detained Sheezaan further for 14 days, after his arrest for allegedly aiding Tunisha Sharma's suicide.
