Divyanka Tripathi's ex-boyfriend & actor Ssharad Malhotra, who is currently playing the lead role in popular 'Colors' show 'Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki' opposite Kratika Sengar, broke-up with the 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' actress in 2015. After which, he started dating former 'Splitsvilla' hottie Pooja Bisht & the couple was thinking of tying the knot next year. But here comes a bad news for the couple's fans! Reportedly, Ssharad & Pooja have called it quits after being together for 2 years.

The reports suggest that Ssharad's hshooting ectic schedule and lack of time for personal life created differences between the couple.

Speaking about the same, a source close to the couple told a leading daily that, “Their differences grew, as Ssharad wasn’t able to devote enough time to the relationship because of his busy schedule. That often led to arguments between him and Pooja. It’s unfortunate that just when they were planning to take their relationship to the next level, things turned sour for them. Ssharad is heartbroken.

The 'Kasam' actor too confirmed the news of his break-up & told TOI that, “There were personal issues from my end. I tried to make the relationship work, but our differences were irrevocable. Pooja is a nice girl and it was great till it lasted. I wish her all the best.

On the career front, Ssharad became a house-hold name after playing the lead role in ZEE TV  show 'Banoo Main Teri Dulhann' opposite ex-girlfriend Divyanka. After which he took a long break from TV & made Bollywood debut with the film 'From Sydney with Love'. The forgettable film couldn't do much for his career & he made his TV comeback with 'Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap'.
