Popular actor Aasif Sheikh, who is known for his role as Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in ‘Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain’, turned a year older on Thursday (November 11). The talented artist hosted a birthday bash for his close friends from the industry. Aasif also invited his former co-star Shilpa Shinde for the celebrations; however, the ‘Bigg Boss 11’ winner couldn’t attend the party due to some reasons.

Shilpa, who played the role of original Angoori Bhabhi, shared a heartfelt post for Aasif on social media. She also offered apologies for not attending Sheikh’s birthday party.

What Did Shilpa Shinde Post?

The Marathi Mulgi extended her warm wishes to Aasif on Instagram and said that it was an honour for her to share screen space with him. She wrote, "You had invited me to your party but really sorry for not being there. I just got to know that it’s your birthday. My best wishes are always with you, wishing all the happiness for you on this day."

She added that she cannot express her gratitude towards Sheikh in words. "It was an honour to share screen space with you and cannot express enough gratitude in words for being nicest person. You are a wonderful human being, stay blessed and keep smiling. Happy birthday Aasifji," Shinde said.
