Kamya was rushed to Gokul hospital in Kandivali and when we contacted she confirmed the news saying she's suffering from viral fever.
Kamya further added that it was due to the stress she was taking shooting non-stop for her show without taking a break. "I had been working in high fever and did not take rest for a long time. I will get discharged tomorrow and will head for the shooting set straight since the scene awaits my presence", Kamya told Filmy Monkey.

Kamya was also quoted saying by Dailybhaskar.com, “I have not been keeping well for the past one month. Due to continuous shoot, my health got worse. Also, the sudden change in the climate has led my health to deteriorate more. All this while, I was on medicines so that the show doesn’t suffer. But last night, I was left with no option rather than getting admitted.”
