Mumbai: Television actor Shaheer Sheikh, who is popular for portraying the role of Arjuna in the mythological show ‘Mahabharata’ married his long-time girlfriend Ruchikaa Kapoor last year in the month of November. There had been rumours doing rounds recently that the newlyweds are pregnant. Well, it’s time to send congratulatory messages as Shaheer and Ruchikaa are all set to become parents.
Putting all the rumours to rest, Shaheer Sheikh shared a beautiful family portrait on his Instagram. In the picture, Ruchikaa can be spotted with her cute baby bump. Sharing this post, the ‘Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi’ actor wrote, “Happiness is home made.. #betterTogether”.
Shaheer Sheikh and Ruchikaa Kapoor fell in love on the sets of the movie ‘Judgementall Hai Kya’ which starred Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao in the lead roles. They fell in love and tied the knot with each other after dating for almost one and a half year in 2020. Keeping in mind the pandemic, Shaheer and Ruchikaa opted for a court marriage.
On the professional front, Shaheer Sheikh will soon be witnessed on the small screen reprising the role of Dev in the upcoming romantic saga ‘Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi 3’. The show which also features Erica Fernandes, will hit the airwaves from July 12 at 8:30 pm slot on Sony TV.
