New Delhi: Shark Tank India’s Season 2 latest episode began with a pitch by a sustainable oral care brand Perfora. Their pitch impressed the sharks however they thought the burn figures were a cause of concern. However, all five sharks decided to invest in their brand though two of them backed out. Ultimately, Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar and Vineeta Singh invested in their brand for the amount Rs. 80 lakh for 2.5% equity at the valuation of Rs. 32 crores.

Later in the episode, a loungewear brand called Midnight Angels by PC impressed the sharks by sharing that they made their first sale of Rs. 80,000 in the first two days. After sharing quite an impressionable backstory, the entrepreneur sister duo asked for a reasonable investment. Once again two sharks backed out and Peyush Bansal and Anupam Mittal made an offer. However, the Chugh sisters refused their offer.

Ultimately, the final pitch by Cure See, a company which helped people with some vision problems, saw a war of bids between Peyush Bansal and Namita Thapar. The two sharks offered a deal; one with a better valuation and one with more money which caused quite a tiff. However, when Peyush said, “ I will not get into a war with her( Namita)”, and that ‘main isme co-deal nahi karunga’, Namita agreed and said, ‘not interested’. Though the two sharks later advised the Cure See trio to do what was best for them.

Ultimately, the three entrepreneurs went with Peyush Bansal’s deal.
