Currently seen as Mahir aka Mihir in Colors TV show 'Naagin 3', actor Pearl V Puri is here to sweep girls off their feet as the good looking hunk has crooned a very soulful track for his single which released on T-series just a while ago. Written, composed and sung by Pearl, the single also features Anita Hassanandani who's his co-star in 'Naagin 3' and plays the role of Vishakha. The video narrates a very touching story of a married couple in which shows the pain of a husband(Pearl) who's looking after his wife(Anita) suffering from Amnesia[a deficit in memory caused by brain damage or disease] post an accident.. and determined not to give up on her.


Video begins with Pearl's mobile chat with doctor who asks him about the well being of his wife who had met with an accident 2 years ago and suffers from Amnesia post that. When Pearl informs the doctor that her condition is "same", the former replies back saying "I told you it's Amnesia... Her condition of memory loss will only get worse. You need to stray strong and have patience." Pearl writes back to him- "I won't give up on her Doc no matter what".

The doting husband wakes up his sleeping wife with breakfast in his hand and the latter does not recognize him, he then flashes their wedding rings in fingers to remind her who he was, every morning in their lives.

And then teary-eyed Pearl croons the beautiful song while the flashback of their romance plays over it. The lyrics go- 'dil diya gallaan sab tu jaane, phir kyon na jaane peerh meri!'

The video does remind us of Hollywood film '50 First Dates' starring Adam Sandler-Drew Barrymore and our own Bollywood film starring Kajol-Ajay Devgn 'U, Me Aur Hum'. The female partners suffered memory loss and their male counterparts not giving up on them, patiently each day, brought their memory back living every 24 hours as an ode to love.

Speaking on his first single, Pearl V Puri says- "It is a song for every lover out there. It also takes me back to the time when I had someone in my life."

Actor als said- "My inclination towards singing started at a very young age. My mom recollects how I used to hum jingle tunes when I was a toddler and the fondness towards this kept on increasing".

"I would do my 'riyaz' and take care of my voice. I always had a passion towards it, so from school to college, my passion for music kept on increasing. I thought a single was due"

On casting Anita in the single, Pearl said- "She is a dear friend. When I sang the song to her, it was an instant yes and we got the ball rolling". 

Currently seen in the lead role of 'Mahir/Mihir' in 'Naagin 3', Pearl will soon be seen in another show on Colors Tv titled 'Bepanah Pyaarr' which stars Aparn Dixit opposite him and will premiere on June 3rd. 'Naagin 3' that stars Surbhi Jyoti in female lead opposite Pearl on the other hand is set for it's season finale that will air coming weekend on May 18th and 19th.
