According to reports, when Devoleena Bhattacharjee reported to the sets of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya on Tuesday, the cast and crew immediately noticed that something was different about her.

The actress was reportedly hiding her face initially, and when she finally came out for her shot, she looked quite different! The report further added that, she underwent a lip job over the weekend and usually doctors recommend three days of rest but Devoleena could only take two days off because of the hectic shooting schedule and her secret was out!
