OH: This TV Couple is in trouble for dating each other; channel threatens to remove them!

New Delhi: ‘Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ stars Rohan Mehra and Kanchi Singh who play Naksh and Gayatri in the show are not able to get enough screen time as they are dating in real life. The channel Star Plus has warned the couple to keep their affair a little low key as the audience will be having an odd feeling in accepting both of them as a couple play cousins on screen.     A source close to Spotboye.com said, “The channel had repeatedly hinted to Rohan and Kanchi that they should be a little more secretive about their relationship. They play cousins on screen and most daily soap viewers are extremely sensitive and conservative about image. So, the more Rohan and Kanchi become open about their feelings, the more it will clash with their on-screen image of siblings. Obviously, the channel did not like it. Whenever the duo got candid during interviews, the channel would warn them. But they took it lightly and finally, the channel has decided to sideline their track.”
