OH NO! Bhavya Gandhi aka Tappu of 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' quits the show

NEW DELHI: Actor Bhavya Gandhi who became a household name with character of 'Tappu' in SAB TV show 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' has decided to quit the show after eight long years. In the course of time, Bhavya transformed from a kid to lad and became one of the leads of the show. His mischievous activites were loved by audiences and we have to admit that he pulled off the role very well. Kicking off his venture, Bhavya has already signed a Gujarati movie. Confirming the news of his exit, Bhavya told Tellychakkar.com: “Yes, I have quit the show in month of January. The journey of eight years and eight months has been fruitful. I have enjoyed working with my Taarak cast and Asit (Modi) sir (producer). In the same way in which my fans have showered me with love, I would want them to support me for my future endeavours.” In the past, couple of actors have quit 'Taarak Mehta' which owns the tag of 'one of the longest running TV shows'.
