New Delhi: Shark Tank India Season 2's latest episode saw a variety of pitches from budding entrepreneurs. In a pitch, we also saw Namita Thapar call out Anupam Mittal for his unconventional investment offer. Namita asked Anupam if he was mad when he decided to invest in an entrepreneur who wished to help street hawkers and unlicensed street food vendors.

Meanwhile, a company which sells electric wheelchairs also saw the sharks getting interested in the business. However, the price factor was a big hindrance for the sharks to invest. When Anupam Mittal asked the trio entrepreneur to reduce the price of one wheelchair to Rs. 25 k, he added that for their contribution to Indian society, they might even receive a Bharat Ratna ( India’s civilian honour). Finally, Peyush Bandal offered Rs. 1 Cr for 1% equity with a condition.

A pitch by ‘Licksters’ was appreciated by all for its health-conscious ice cream alternative though none of the sharks decided to invest. Peyush decided not to invest because he was already part of one such Popsicle business. However, the entrepreneur duo convinced Amit Jain to invest in their business after Peyush Bansal decided not to.

However, the highlight of the episode was a pitch by an entrepreneur who shared the idea of a modern petticoat. With the brand name ‘Sayonara’, the pitch left the sharks in splits as they asked the founder to close the business as the idea was not worth putting minds to.
