New Delhi: Often setting the screens on fire, actress Mouni Roy is popular not only in the Television industry but has also made a name for herself in the Hindi film industry. Known for playing a lead role in Ekta Kapoor’s TV serial ‘Naagin’, Mouni makes heads turn with her smouldering good looks and fashion sense.
Mouni Roy has been making it to the headlines for her love affairs. Her name was earlier attached to Mohit Raina, her co-star from ‘Devon Ke Dev..Mahadev’, and with ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ director Ayan Mukerji. Though she has managed to keep her lips sealed all this while, Mouni is currently rumoured to be dating Dubai businessman Suraj Nambiar.

Now, reportedly, the ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’ actress is all set to tie the knot with Suraj in January 2022. It was earlier speculated in 2020 that the actress had already got engaged to her beau after she flaunted a huge ring in social media posts. However, Mouni denied all the rumours claiming these were ‘not true’.
Mouni’s cousin Vidyut Roy revealed that the ‘Brahmastra’ actress will tie the knot with Suraj Nambiar in January 2022, while speaking to a local newspaper in Cooch Behar. Vidyut further revealed that the wedding will take place either in Dubai or Italy, and the couple will host a separate function in India.
Speaking on the work front, Mouni Roy was last seen featuring in the ZEE5 spy thriller film ‘London Confidential’. She will be next seen illustrating the main role of antagonist in the upcoming Ayan Mukerji movie ‘Brahmastra’, which will star Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role. ‘Barhmastra’ will also feature Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles.
