New Delhi: Smriti Khanna and Gaurav Gupta are one of the cutest couples on the small screen. The ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi co-stars got married on November 23, 2017. Since then, the couple is giving some serious relationship goals to the fans. Gautam turned a year older on April 13 and Smriti surprised him with a sweet gesture. The ‘Kasam Tere Pyaar Ki’ actress got her husband’s name inked on her finger. Smriti shared a cute birthday message for Gautam along with a heartfelt caption that read, ‘’Happy birthday to the love of my life @mistergautam. Two years back you gave me the best surprise on this day ???????? Hope you liked my surprise ❤️ Ps This pic was clicked when he had not seen the tattoo.’’ Smriti mentioned in her caption that the picture was clicked when her hubby had not seen the tattoo.
