Mumbai: It’s time to send congratulatory messages to TV actor Arpit Ranka and his wife Nidhi as they have welcomed their second child on Thursday (October 7). The couple became parents of a baby girl on the first day of Navratri 2021. Arpit is fondly known for playing the role of Duryodhana in Shaheer Sheikh, Pooja Sharma and Saurabh Raaj Jain starrer ‘Mahabharat’.
Ranka, while talking to Times Of India, expressed his excitement over the arrival of a new member in his family. He revealed that the mother and baby are doing well and will soon get discharged.
The 'Chandra Nandini' star shared a post on his official Instagram handle to announce the birth of his daughter. Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages and wishes.
Arpit and Nidhi, who are on cloud nine, also have a five-year-old son. The talented actor keeps on sharing photos with his son on social media. Interestingly, Ranka's first child was born during Ganesh Chaturthi.
Arpit’s parents have also reached Mumbai to meet their granddaughter, the report in the leading daily said.

On the professional front, Arpit was last seen in ‘Devi Adi Parashakti’. He has featured in shows like 'Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman', 'Brahmarakhas 2' and 'RadhaKrishn', to name a few. The actor and his wife participated in the dance reality show 'Nach Baliye 7', which aired on Star Plus.
