New Delhi: Popular TV actress Hina Khan is currently winning the hearts of the viewers with her performance as Komolika in ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’. The former Bigg Boss contestant has been appreciated for her acting chops in the romantic saga. Hina is all set to make her Bollywood debut with the film ‘Lines’ opposite Rishi Bhutani’. Speculations were rife that the ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress has bagged her second film and it will be directed by Vikram Bhatt.

Hina, while talking to an entertainment portal, has confirmed that she has signed her second film with Vikram Bhatt. Talking about the film, the Kashmiri beauty said that she feels lucky to be a part of it.

“Vikram is a wonderful narrator and a person. We had a long chat about the film and we were clear about what to expect. I love the concept of the film and even heard some of the music, which is mind blowing. And he is excited and keen about having me on board, which boosts my morale. I feel lucky to have got this film,” Hina told Hindustan Times.

The former ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’ contestant will commence shooting for the film from June. The beautiful actress said that she is not looking for glamorous roles and wants to do films where she can showcase her acting talent.

“I wanted to do some interesting roles that challenge me as an actor. I want to do good work. I am not after glamorous roles. I want to act,” Hina further told the daily.


Hina will soon take a break from ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ to focus on her film projects. The talented actress recently bagged the award for ‘Best Actor in a Negative Role (Jury & Popular choice) at the Indian Telly Awards 2019.
