New Delhi: Comedian Kapil Sharma was recently in Amritsar. Kapil shared a video on Instagram reliving moments from his trip to the Golden Temple, his university Guru Nanak Dev University, visiting friends, family and teachers etc. Kapil was seen with his daughter Anayra Sharma, son Trishaan Sharma and wife Ginni Chatrath. On Thursday, Kapil Sharma shared a reel featuring snips from his trip to Punjab.
In the video, we also see the Amritsar Haveli and Kapil posing with fans from Punjab. The video also showed Kapil walking with his wife and kids at the Golden Temple. We also see Kapil feast on the famous chhole bhature from Amritsar. Kapil Sharma also visited Hindu College and was seen on the stage of the college auditorium. Towards the end we also see a beautiful sunset from his plane. Kapil's post was a perfect travel reel for anyone who wants to visit Amritsar or has done so before and knows the place very well.
Kapil captioned the reel, "My college, my university, my teachers, my friends, my family, my town, the food, the feel, the holy temple 'Golden temple' ( smiling face with halo emoji). Thank you for all the blessings baba ji (smiling face with halo and hand folded emojis).”
Soon after Kapil shared the video, his fans wrote, "My favourite place, blessed.” Another fan commented, “Love you sir, you are my favourite (red heart emoji)" while many shared heart emojis.

Kapil got married to Ginni Chatrath in Jalandhar on December 12, 2018. The couple welcomed their first daughter Anayra Sharma in December 2019. The couple later welcomed their second child, a son Trishaan in 2021.
