TV actor Nakuul Mehta's popular show 'Ishqbaaaz', featuring him in the lead role of 'Shivaansh Singh Oberoi', is making headlines since last few months. At first, the show was in the news for Surbhi Chandna aka Anika's exit due to generation leap. Later, the entries of new leading ladies Manjiri Pupala as ACP Aditi & Niti Taylor as Mannat too made a huge buzz. Recently, the show again came in limelight as latest reports suggested that former leading lady Manjiri is out from the Star Plus show.

Post Niti's entry, there was a buzz that Manjri's character will turn negative in the popular show. But now, Manjiri has confirmed that she has quit Gul Khan's 'Ishqbaaaz'.
Without divulging further details, she told an entertainment portal that, “Right now I am travelling and rejuvenating myself. Playing Aditi was a challenge and I really immersed myself in the character.”

On being asked if the channel should have given her more time before wrapping-up her lead track, she further told IWMBuzz that, “You also need to factor in the business of numbers which have cores riding on it. Also these calls are beyond my remit to comment. The creative team understood my concerns when I spoke to them and they agreed to ease me out. I wish Gul Mam and the entire team all the best.”
