'Ishq Mein Marjawan' To Return; Rrahul Sudhir & VIshal Vashishtha To Play LEAD Roles In Second Season?

Arjun Bijlani, Aalisha Panwar and Nia Sharma starrer 'Ishq Mein Marjawan' to return with second season on Colors and the makers have roped in Vishal Vashishtha & Rrahul Sudhir for the lead roles.

New Delhi: Colors TV's popular show 'Ishq Mein Marjawan', featuring Arjun Bijlani, Aalisha Panwar and Nia Sharma in lead roles, was loved by viewers for its thrilling story line as well as performances. Produced by Yash Patnaik and Mamta Patnaik, 'Ishq Mein Marjawan' went off-air in June last year after a good run of around two years making their fans sad. But here comes good news for 'Ishq Mein Marjawan' lovers. The show is set to make a comeback on TV with its second season.

Yes, you read that right! As per latest reports, 'Ishq Mein Marjawan 2' will air on Colors and will be another suspense thriller just like the first season. The show will have two male leads and the makers have in two known names to play the roles.

'Ek Veer Ki Ardaas... Veera' fame Vishal Vashishtha and 'Raja Betaa' fame Rrahul Sudhir have reportedly been locked to play male leads in 'Ishq Mein Marjawan 2'. Whereas, the makers are yet to finalise the female lead. However, the actors as well as show's makers are yet to react on the same.

On the career front, Vishal made his TV debut with Channel V's 'Crazy Stupid Ishq' co-starring Hiba Nawab, Harsh Rajput and Aneri Vajani. He became a household name after playing 'Baldev' in 'Veera' and went on to feature in various shows including 'Gangaa' and 'Jaat Ki Jugni'. He was last seen in Colors TV's supernatural show 'Vish'. Whereas, Rrahul Sudhir was first seen in Vikram Bhatt's popular web-series 'Twisted' co-starring Nia Sharma and Namit Khanna. Whereas, he later played lead role in Zee TV show 'Raja Betaa'.
