New Delhi: Popular TV actress Simran Pareenja is currently winning hearts with her performance in Sony TV’s ‘Ishaaron Ishaaron Mein’. The show co-starring Mudit Nayar focuses on the love story of a hearing impaired boy. Shooting for a daily soap is not easy as the actors are often required to shoot for 12-15 hours a day to meet telecast deadline. The hectic shooting schedule often takes a toll on the health of small screen celebs.

Simran, who plays the role of a mute girl in ‘Isharon Isharon Mein’, recently fainted on the sets of the show. A report in a leading daily suggested that the beautiful actress was suffering from throat infection since several days but she couldn’t visit the doctor because of her shooting schedule.

“Television industry works in a certain way. We do get breaks, but unlike employees in other sectors, there’s no weekly off. I had been unwell for many days, but couldn’t consult a doctor, as we are shooting a marriage sequence these days. One day, I fainted in the middle of the shoot; I guess, I paid for neglecting my health. I was given immediate medical attention and was asked to take a short break. I am better now and have to get back to work because the track is focussed on my character right now,” Simran told Times Of India.

Helly Shah, who is playing the double roles of Saltanat and Kaynaat in ‘Sufiyana Pyaar Mera’, had also fainted on the sets because of exhaustion.

Talking about Simran, the actress made her TV debut with ‘Tu Mera Hero’ and later went on to play lead roles in 'Bhagyalaxmi' and 'Kaala Teeka'.
