New Delhi: It's been years since Kapil Sharma's 'The Kapil Sharma Show' first began captivating fans with its brand of comedic genius. Several recent reports said that the show's fourth season will end airing in the month of June. While the show's producers haven't commented on the claims, Kapil Sharma has. As per reports, ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ would be going on hiatus in the month of June. After the break, the squad will return with fresh formats, according to the source.

Now, Kapil Sharma has finally spoken up about this. The Times of India reports that host Kapil Sharma has announced the team would be touring the United States again in July, however, this date has not been set in stone.

Kapil said, “It is not finalised yet. We have to go to the USA for our live tour in July and we will see what to do around that time. Having said that, even that’s too far.”

In a separate article, Indian Express cited a source as saying that season breaks are beneficial since they give the show's creators an opportunity to shake things up in terms of plot, characters, and even the actors. The season finale is expected to be filmed in May and air in June, according to reports.

Meanwhile, Kapil Sharma was most recently seen in Nandita Das directed film, ‘Zwigato’. The movie was released last month and included Shahana Goswami in the starring role. His film 'Zwigato' was also screened at the Toronto International Film Festival and Busan International Film Festival, where it received positive reviews.
