Mumbai: Popular TV actress Hina penned a heartfelt post while remembering her late father Aslam Khan on social media. The ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ actress got emotional while sharing her version of her new song ‘Patthar Wargi’. She said that she is missing her dad and unable to think of anything else. 

The 'Naagin 5' actress posted a video wherein she can be seen pointing to the sky. The song‘Patthar Wargi’ played in the background in the clip. She wrote, “Mai Tere Bina taan yaara aaj te patthar wargi aan..My version of #PattharWargi. I am just unable to think of anything else. Miss you Dad. This is how he chose to be close to us. Did not leave his family alone. Can see him everyday from our Balcony. I know you are watching our back Dad. Your Family loves you.”

Hina’s father passed away after suffering a cardiac arrest. The ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’ star was shooting for a project with Shaheer Sheikh when she received the news about her dad’s demise. She immediately rushed to Mumbai to extend support to her family amid the tough times. 

The small screen diva had tested positive for COVID-19 a few days after her father’s death. She went into self-quarantine after contracting the virus. Hina said that she felt helpless as she couldn’t comfort her mother as she was diagnosed with Coronavirus. 

The ‘Bigg Boss 11’ finalist expressed her pain in an emotional post on Instagram. 

Last week, Hina interacted with the fans in an Instagram live session and revealed that she has tested negative for COVID-19. Her fans heaved a sigh of relief after she provided an update about her health. 

The ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 8’ finalist thanked the fans for showering love on her new song ‘Patthar Wargi’. The new song has gained over 5 million views on YouTube within a day of release. “Your love made it reach 5M views on YouTube,” Khan wrote. 

‘Patthar Wargi’, which has been composed by B Praak, also features Tamnay Ssingh.
