'Sasural Simar Ka' famed TV actress Dipika Kakar married her longtime beau Shoaib Ibrahim on February 22 this year. The duo got married in a tradational 'Nikaah' ceremony in Bhopal followed by a grand reception in Mumbai for TV industry friends. Ever since her wedding we have seen the actress playing the ideal bahu in her real life avatar. Dipika often shares pictures from her day-to-day life which shows her as doting wife and a loving daughter-in-law. From cooking food for hubby Shoaib to celebrating her mother-in-law's birthday the TV star is living her married life to fullest.

And now after enjoying four months of marital bliss the actress is all set to make her comeback on-screen with Ekta Kapoor's fantasy thriller show Qayamat Ki Raat.

Recently during an interview with TimesofIndia.com, Mrs Ibrahim spoke a lenght about her life post marriage and upcoming TV show.
When asked why she is a making a comeback after so long and what kept her busy all this time, Dipika replied, "I was enjoying and living the housewife life to the fullest. I am a complete homemaker now. I also helped Shoaib in his work at that time. Overall I was having a gala time."
Dipika proudly calls herself a housewife and has no qualms about being a one.

She also added that she misses the show that made her a household name as Simar from 'Sasural Simar Ka'. Sasural Simar Ka has been really close to my heart because I did it for 5 years. In every actor's life, you will find one role which has made them popular, and in my case, it is Sasural Simar Ka, said Dipika.

Dipika will be soon seen in Ekta Kapoor's upcoming Indian finite fiction supernatural drama television series which starts from 23 June 2018 on Star Plus on weekends. The Show stars Vivek Dahiya as male lead opposite Karishma Tanna and Dipika Kakar.
