TV actors Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim, who were recently vacationing in Kashmir with their son Ruhaan, have assured fans of their safety following a terrorist attack in Baisaran Valley, Pahalgam. The tragic incident occurred on Tuesday and claimed the lives of at least 28 tourists while injuring several others. The attack is reportedly linked to the terror group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT).
Fans express concern about Dipika & Shoaib's safety
Fans grew increasingly concerned when they realized the couple had shared joyful photos and videos from the same location just two days before the attack. Dipika had even uploaded a video enjoying a peaceful walk in Pahalgam, often referred to as "Mini Switzerland" for its stunning natural beauty.
To calm their worried followers, Shoaib Ibrahim took to Instagram and posted a reassuring message:“Hi guys, you all have been concerned for our well-being… Hum sab safe hain, theek hain. Aaj hi morning me we left Kashmir and we reached Delhi safely… Thank you for all the concern. New vlog coming soon.”

The couple's swift check-in has brought relief to many fans who feared for their safety. Dipika and Shoaib, along with their son, had fortunately left Kashmir just hours before the attack and are now safe in Delhi.
The terror attack took place around 3 PM on Tuesday in the upper reaches of Baisaran Valley. Eyewitnesses report that 2–3 terrorists opened fire on civilians enjoying their day—picnicking, riding ponies, and visiting local eateries—firing over 50 rounds in a brutal assault. Security forces have since been deployed to the area.
