Here's a bad news for all 'Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat' fans as the popular historical show which has been entertaining the viewers for quite some time now, will bid adieu to its fans soon! The Colors' show that started in February 2015 became extremely popular amongst masses. The show started last year in February with child actor Siddharth Nigam in lead role as young Ashoka The focusing on the life of  King Ashoka started with child actor Siddharth Nigam in lead role as young Ashoka and witnessed immense success since its launch. However, the generation leap with popular actor Mohit Raina as grown-up Ashoka, that took place earlier this year didn't work for it. CONGRATULATIONS! ‘Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat’ actor ENGAGED! Mohit Raina, who was brought on board to play grown-up Ashoka, couldn't create any magic and  the show has been witnessing a dip in numbers.

Sources from the sets revealed that the creative team is now wrapping up the main plot of the show, as despite trying everything, the TRP of the show saw a constant fall. And hence, the channel has decided to make it bid adieu to the viewers!
