We bet if you are an avid Television shows watcher then you would know it, let us help you recalling!

Everybody knows that the stunner who floored us with her acting in Hrithik Roshan's 'Kaabil' recently, had actually began her career with doing TV shows.

Yami did handful of shows on small screen and rose to fame with her lead role in a Colors show, the last she did as a TV actress before foraying into Bollywood.

Yami played the role of very bubbly 'Leher Mathur Vajpayee', a Kayasth girl in colors show called 'Yeh Pyar Na Hoga Kam' who falls in love with the brahmin guy named 'Abeer Bajpayee'.

Set in Lucknow, the story was set against the background of caste politics and class differences and the lead pair of this show was hugely loved by the audiences back in 2009.

Gaurav and Yami had a crackling chemistry on the show.

You would have guessed by now that the 'Abeer' is the very same guy who's playing the lead role of 'Virendra Singh' in 'Prem ya paheli - Chandrakanta', starring Kritika Kamra in the title role.

'Chandrakanta' hit the smalls screen this weekend itself and will now air every Saturday-Sunday at 9pm on Life OK.

And the lead actor in the show is none other than the popular TV actor Gaurav Khanna who got married only last year in November.

Usually playing a lover boy, Gaurav indeed looks far different in 'Chandrakanta' than he ever did in any of his other TV shows.

Yeah?

Bet many of you are surprised to know this as Gaurav almost goes unrecognizable in this new 'Chandrakanta' look!

Gaurav was quoted by a leading daily saying this about his co-actress making it to Bollywood some time back.. "My USP lies in the small screen, which I don't intend to trade with Bollywood. I am very happy to see Yami (Gautam), my ex-colleague and co-star making inroads. But I'd wait till I get a competent role than to take up role of any kind".

Gaurav's new show 'Chandrakanta' has just launched and the sizzling chemistry between him and Kritika is already being loved.

We wish Gaurav and Kritika all the best for the show's success!
