New Delhi: Fans of Bigg Boss 17 are ecstatic as the show approaches its grand finale on January 28. In this week's Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman Khan is introducing a fresh twist. Vicky Jain, Abhishek Kumar, and Ankita Lokhande's families were on the show to discuss them. Salman inquired about the startling disclosures made by Vicky's mother last week with Ankita's mother and sister-in-law. Ayesha Khan was evicted from the show as well, a week before the finale.

Prior to this, Vicky's mother had stated that Ankita and Vicky's marriage was not supported by their family. Reshu Jain, Vicky's sister-in-law, responded, "Bahut galat statement hai," when Salman questioned her about the same.

Salman asked Reshu, "Aapka point of view kya hai Ankita aur Vicky ke rishte par? (What is your point of view on Ankita-Vicky’s relationship?)” Reshu said, “Jo dikh raha hai, woh hume kuch-kuch cheezein theek nahi lag rahi. Badtameezi ho rahi hai. Woh cheezein nahi honi chahiye (We are not okay with a few things that we have seen, those shouldn’t have happened).”

In response to Vicky's mother's remarks regarding the couple's marriage, Ankita's mother Vandana Pandis Lokhande also expressed her opinion. "Mujhe khud ko aascharya lag raha hai ki yeh kyu bola unhone," (Even I'm shocked that she said things like that.)

Salman expressed disapproval of Vicky's mother for drawing attention to Vicky's financial expenditures on Ankita, asserting that it is his duty as a spouse to attend to her needs. Nevertheless, he said, Ankita is an independent woman and a well-known actor in India.

To promote his next movie, Fighter, actor Anil Kapoor will be appearing on the show in the interim. A musical performance by Anil and Salman is scheduled. Also promoting their movie Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya are Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon.
