Mumbai: Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss’ is considered as the biggest reality show on Indian television as it enjoys a significant fan following across different groups. The show continues to remain in headlines even before hitting the airwaves. Adding a new twist in tale, the makers have decided to run ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ for six weeks on VOOT Select.
‘Bigg Boss OTT’ will be hosted by Karan Johar, who claims to be a big fan of the controversial yet popular reality show. While ‘Bigg Boss OTT’ will go on air from August 8, ‘Bigg Boss 15’ is expected to premiere in the last week of September of first week of October.
If a recent report in an entertainment portal is to be believed, ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ fame Nidhi Bhanushali might participate in ‘Bigg Boss 15’. Yes, you read that right!
A source told SpotboyE that Nidhi is in talks with the producers and she might be seen as a contestant in the soon-to-be launched show. Interestingly, the likes of Arjun Bijlani, Neha Marda, Ridhima Pandit and Divya Aggarwal are rumoured to be part of ‘Bigg Boss 15’. The makers have managed to keep the details about the contestants under wraps.
TV’s popular bahu Rubina Dilaik managed to win ‘Bigg Boss 14’, which was extended on fans’ demand. The show also featured Jasmin Bhasin, Aly Goni, Rahul Vaidya, Abhinav Shukla, Eijaz Khan and Pavitra Punia. Sidharth Shukla, Gauahar Khan and Hina Khan were seen as ‘Toofani Seniors’ in the show during the initial stage.
Who Is Nidhi Bhanushali?
Nidhi is fondly known for playing the role of Sonu Bhide in ‘TMKOC’. She became a household name after replacing Jheel Mehta as Sonu in the popular sitcom. Bhanushali left ‘Taarak Mehta’ in 2019 to focus on her studies.
It remains to be seen if she signs the dotted lines for ‘Bigg Boss 15’ or not.
