Although, Disha is yet to react to his marriage proposal, Rahul Vaidya's mother has opened up on the same. Geeta Vaidya, while talking to a leading daily, said that she was surprised after seeing the promo. She called Disha a sweet girl and expressed her fondness for her.
"I am happy for him. His sudden proposal made me surprised as well but I am glad Disha is the one. She is an extremely sweet girl and I am fond of her. The rest I can't comment on or rather he can comment on only when he comes and we will sit and talk as family," Geeta Vaidya told Times Of India.
Rahul Vaidya decided to confess his feelings for Disha Parmar on her birthday. The beautiful actress, who is known for her role of Pankhudi in 'Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara', turned a year older on November 11. She won several hearts with her performance in the hit Star Plus show which also starred Nakuul Mehta. On the professional front, Disha was last seen on the small screen in Zee TV's 'Woh Apna Sa'.
Interestingly, speculations about Disha and Rahul's relationship have been rife since quite some time. The duo refuted the rumours last year but gossip mills suggested a different story. The cat is now finally out of the bag and we can't wait for Disha's reaction. The two stars worked together in the music video 'Yaad Teri', which released last year.
