Episode 19 began with Gaurav, Bani and Rahul peddling the sewing-machine like device in turns through the night, as punishment for speaking English in the house. The punishment task saw Gaurav and Bani engage in a candid discussion where Gaurav talks about the politics in the house. He talks about Manu Punjabi and says, ‘I will never stoop to someone else’s level. I know my class and I will maintain it.’
An hour after the task ended in the morning, a new day began with the house playing the tunes of ‘Hawa ke Saath Saath’ to wake up the contestants. Swami Om and Mona Lisa danced their heart away even after the song was over. Swami Om who seemed to be in a cheerful mood at first, later breaks down while singing bhajans in the kitchen. ‘I have cried every single day in the bathroom, ever since I entered this house’, said Swami Om as emotions took over.
The celebs, ofcourse, are the new malliks of the house. Based on their performance in the luxury budget task, Big Boss being the kind man that he is, gives the celebs a chance to win the immunity. The winner of the immunity task is exempted from nominations in the next week. Interestingly, this task takes dislike and differences between Lopa and Bani to another level. The two have had some sort of friction between them for quite some time now. But they are seen to get vocal about it for the first time.
Big Boss asks the celebrities to elect three contenders who performed exceptionally well during the luxury budget task (Raja Aur Rank) to compete for immunity. After discussions, the celebrities elect Bani, Lopamudra and Mona. Navin Prakash is nominated the supervisor for the task.
So what is the task? Well, the contenders (Mona, Bani and Lopa) are given a pair of skis with three shoes attached to it. They have to stay on the skis for the longest time in order to win immunity. During this duration, the other contestants are not allowed to help the trio in any manner.
Now, Bani being the tough woman that she is, obviously was very competitive about winning the immunity. Also, since she had been awake all night because of the punishment task, she wanted to go all out and finish the task as soon as possible.
Fortunately, for Bani and Lopa, Mona gives up citing back-ache. Here, came the interesting back massage that Swami ji is seen giving to Mona, in the bedroom.
Anyway, back to the task! With only Bani and Lopa in the running, the competition turns aggressive as Bani tries her best to win. She goes to an extent where Lopa accuses her of getting physical and questions Navin if such behaviour is allowed but, Bani justifies her actions to Manveer Gurjar, claiming to be extremely tired after the back-to-back tasks.
By the time the task ends, the ski is completely broken but because Bani’s feet were off the skis while Lopa’s foot wasn’t, Navin announces Lopa as the winner. Bani who feels that the decision was unfair is later seen talking to Manveer about the same.
The day ends with the ‘Appy Fizz Feel The Fizz Task’. This was a luxury budget task that required the celebrities and Indiawalas to compete against each other. For the task, pairs are formed comprising one celeb and one non-celeb. Rohan-Manveer, Lopa-Nitibha and Manu-Bani are the pairs for the task. Each pair is asked questions about the perceptions of their fellow contestants. Every correct answer is rewarded with a point while every incorrect answer, with a punch by a huge fist.
The task leads to several interesting revelations like Manu thinking of Mona Lisa as the beautiful woman in the house. Also, something seems to be brewing between Bani and Manveer.
Anyway, the celebs win the task and continue to rule the house!!
