Mumbai: Nikki Tamboli, who became a household name after participating in Salman Khan’s ‘Bigg Boss 14’, shared a heartfelt post for her late brother on the occasion of Bhai Dooj 2021. She got emotional while penning her thoughts on social media.
What Did Nikki Tamboli Post?
The Marathi Mulgi recalled the ‘lovey days’ she spent with her brother during their childhood. She said that Bhai Dooj reminded her of the time when they were kids.
“The pious occasion of bhai dooj reminds me of the days when we were kids. We fought & made up easily. Those lovely days cannot come back but will always stay in my heart. Our mind holds the memories. Our heart keeps the love. Our faith lets us know we will meet again. Happy Bhai Dooj Brother,” Nikki wrote on Instagram.
The ‘BB 14’ finalist shared a picture along with the note. Fans have flooded the comments section with their messages. Sugandha Mishra also dropped a heart emoji on the post.
Nikki Celebrates Diwali With Family After Three Years
The actress celebrated the festival of lights with her mother and father after three years as she was busy shooting for her projects on several occasions. Last year, she was locked inside the 'Bigg Boss 2020' house and hence, she couldn't enjoy the festive season with her family members.
"Celebrating Diwali with family after 3 years. Happy Diwali everyone," Nikki wrote while sharing photos from the celebrations.
Nikki Tamboli's elder brother passed away due to COVID-19 complications in May 2021. He was suffering from multiple health issues.
Nikki had to travel to Cape Town, a few days after his death, to shoot for ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 11’. Despite the personal crisis, she decided to jet off to South Africa to fulfil her professional commitment.
On the professional front, the reality TV star was recently seen in 'ZEE Comedy Show'.
