Popular actress Jennifer Winget is all set to make her TV comeback with much-awaited 'Beyhadh 2' in which she'll be seen playing obsessive lover 'Maya' again. While Jennifer confirmed her return with the second season of Sony TV's 'Beyhadh' few weeks ago, many popular names including Zain Imam, Rohit Suchanti were in contention to bag lead role in the upcoming show. Recent buzz suggested that 'Veera' fame Shivin Narang too is in talks to romance Jennifer in 'Beyhadh 2'. Now, it is confirmed that it's Shiving who will be seen playing lead role in 'Beyhadh 2'.

The talented actor, who was also in talks to participate in Salman Khan's 'Bigg Boss 13', has choosen 'Beyhadh 2' over the controversial reality show.

Speaking about decision of choosing 'Beyhadh 2', Shivin told a leading daily that, "I am quite selective about the projects I do. I don’t take up one unless the storyline and concept resonate with me."

In 'Beyhadh' first season, Jennifer played a strong character and stole limelight from her co-stars Kushal Tandon, Aneri Vanaji. On being asked if Shivin was apprehensive about being over-shadowed by Jennifer in 'Beyhadh 2', he said, "She is a fine actress and I am happy about sharing screen space with her. When I heard the story, it never felt even for a second that the narrative is driven by one character. It’s also about how well an actor performs to establish himself. I don’t do shows in which heroes don't contribute to the drama."

He also confirmed that he was in talks for 'Bigg Boss 13'. Speaking about the same, he further told TOI that, "Yes, talks were on. However, after much contemplation, I realised that I wasn’t mentally and emotionally prepared to handle a show like that at this point. Also, I didn’t want to be away from my family without any communication given my father’s medical condition."

This in indeed a great news for Shivin Narang fans!

Speaking further about the story line of 'Beyhadh 2', the show will be a revenge story in Jennifer's character 'Maya' will reportedly fall for a mature guy who will later dump her. Whereas, Shivin will be seen playing his son. 'Maya' will then seek revenge by making his son Shivin falling in love with her. Makers have reportedly approached known names like Viraf Patel and Siddhant Karnick for the role of matured guy, latest buzz suggest that 'Dhamaal' fame Ashish Chowdhry is most likely to play the elderly lead in ‘Beyhadh 2’.

Coming back to Shivin Narang, he made his TV debut with Channel V's popular show 'Suvreen Guggal - Topper of the Year" opposite Smriti Kalra & became a household name after playing the lead role of 'Ranvijay' in Star Plus' 'Veera'. Last seen in Colors show 'Internet Wala Love', he will be seen as a contestant in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 10'.
