New Delhi: Shark Tank India judge Anupam Mittal recently revealed in a video that he was hospitalised. Anupam uploaded the video of himself with his bandaged shoulder laying on a hospital bed on Instagram on Wednesday. He gave the thumbs-up sign, sporting an arm sling.

The following clip had Anupam grinning and flexing his muscles while wearing a blue shirt and sunglasses. He posed inside his house while still sporting the arm sling.

He captioned the post, "Manzil jab aur dur ho jaaye … fight harder 👊

Been pushing to get into better shape for years but like everything else worth pursuing, every time you are almost there, life sends you right back to square one 😤

Ain’t nothing we can do about the setbacks & knockouts, but what we CAN do is …. rise again 💪"

Anupam also added Josh Franklin's song Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) as the background music. In the comments section, he also wrote, "thx for all ur love & wishes … already feeling better 🤗"
