New Delhi: Shark Tank India judge Anupam Mittal recently revealed in a video that he was hospitalised. Anupam uploaded the video of himself with his bandaged shoulder laying on a hospital bed on Instagram on Wednesday. He gave the thumbs-up sign, sporting an arm sling.


The following clip had Anupam grinning and flexing his muscles while wearing a blue shirt and sunglasses. He posed inside his house while still sporting the arm sling.


He captioned the post, "Manzil jab aur dur ho jaaye … fight harder πŸ‘Š

Been pushing to get into better shape for years but like everything else worth pursuing, every time you are almost there, life sends you right back to square one 😀

Ain’t nothing we can do about the setbacks & knockouts, but what we CAN do is …. rise again πŸ’ͺ"


Anupam also added Josh Franklin's song Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You) as the background music. In the comments section, he also wrote, "thx for all ur love & wishes … already feeling better πŸ€—"
