As per the latest buzz, another popular show will witness a replacement. We are talking about Aladdin-Naam Toh Suna Hoga. Avneet Kaur, who plays the role of Yasmine opposite Siddharth Nigam, has quit her show because of her health reasons.

According to a report in a leading daily, the makers of the show have already found Avneet’s replacement, Ashi Singh, who is fondly known for playing the role of Naina opposite Randeep Rai, will play the new Yasmine.

“As an artiste, I strive to play different roles, and Yasmine is unlike Naina. I had never imagined that I would be part of a fantasy show. So, when ‘Aladdin’ was offered to me, I didn’t think of anything else. Also, I will be performing action for the first time on screen. I will work hard to play the part convincingly and the challenge involved in it is another reason that prompted me to take it up,” Ashi told Times Of India.

Ashi Singh was all set to enter ‘Dil Jaise Dhadke Dhadakne Do’ after a leap. However, the channel decided to pull the plug on the show due to low ratings and COVID-19 pandemic.

Her fans will be quite happy to see their favourite actress back on the small screen.

Talking about Avneet, the actress has decided to bid adieu to the show due to Coronavirus pandemic. The ‘Chandranandini’ actress said that she was diagnosed with dengue last year but she resumed shooting for ‘Aladdin’.

“I suffered from dengue last year, but resumed work despite my immunity not being strong. There was the stress of preparing for my board exams, too, at that time. It made me really weak. So, I am scared of resuming shoots at the moment. My parents and I decided that it’s better for me to quit. I am sad, but health comes first,” Avneet told the daily.

‘Aladdin Naam Toh Suna Hoga’ was launched on Sony SAB on August 21, 2018. The show also stars Debina Bonnerjee.
