Kunal and Aakanksha got married on December 7, 2014.
On the career front, Aakanksha Singh rose to fame after playing the lead role of 'Megha Vyas' in popular Colors show 'Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha' opposite Kunal Karan Kapoor. Later, she continued her role in the second season of 'Naa Bole Tum...'. After the two seasons of 'Na Bole tum..', Akanksha went on to feature in shows like 'Savdhaan India', 'Gulmohar Grand' and was last seen on TV in 'Box Cricket League' in 2016. Also, she played the role of Alia Bhatt's friend 'Kiran' in Shashank Khaitan's hit film 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' also featuring Varun Dhawan in lead.
These days, she is busy working in Tollywood. Recently, there was a buzz that Aakanksha Singh has been finalised to play the lead role in 'Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' season 2 opposite Karan Vohra. However, the show has reportedly been pushed to next year now.
