As per several reports, #VD15 is a rurul drama with all the masala entertainer elements in it.

Looks like Deverakonda will now be moving away from the romance genre he has been dabbling with after 'Liger.
Vijay will also be playing a character from the rural belt in VD 15 in what looks like a full-blown action entertainer with director Ravi, also known for rom-coms.
Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda was last seen in 'The Family Star' alongside Mrunal Thakur. The film did average business at the box office.
It seems that the Deverakonda fans are looking for something more substantial for the actor to make a mark with.
