Kamal Haasan starrer 'Thug Life' stands as one of the most-awaited films of the year. 'Thug Life' will showcase Fazal in a leading role alongside the veteran actor Kamal Hassan and others.

New Delhi: Kamal Haasan starrer 'Thug Life' stands as one of the most-awaited films of the year. Directed by Mani Ratnam, the action drama has jointly been written by Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam, raising the excitement quotient among the audience.

Produced in collaboration under the banners of Raj Kamal Films International, Madras Talkies, and Red Giant Movies, the film features the veteran actor portraying triple roles. Alongside him, 'Thug Life' also stars Trisha, Joju George, Nassar, Gautham Karthik, and Vijaypuri in significant roles. The film's music is crafted by AR Rahman.

The latest addition to the film's stellar cast is Bollywood actor Ali Fazal. 'Thug Life' marks the actor's South debut.

'Thug Life' will showcase Fazal in a leading role alongside the veteran actor Kamal Hassan and others. While the details of Fazal's character are being kept under wraps, the actor expresses his elation at being a part of this groundbreaking venture.

Silambarasan TR's first look out

The creators of 'Thug Life' have unveiled the initial glimpse of Silambarasan in the film, presenting it through both a poster and a video. The video, which quickly went viral, showcases Silambarasan driving a car across desert dunes. Towards the end, the actor flashes a smile while gesturing towards the camera. Speculations arise that he may portray the role of a police officer, given his appearance behind the wheel of a police car in the footage. Raaj Kamal Films International, the production house, introduced the first look with the caption, "In the realms of Dust, a New Thug Arises!"

 

Silambarasan was last seen in the film Pathu Thala in 2023. It was directed by Obeli N Krishna.
