New Delhi: Visheshwara Rao, 64, a Tamil actor, passed away in a Chennai hospital following a battle with cancer. According to Indian Express, Visheshwara experienced complications from cancer and passed away on April 2 at a private hospital in Chennai.

He had reportedly been receiving therapy for the illness for a few years. On Wednesday, his last rites will be done. Visheshwara began working when he was just six years old. During his lengthy career, he acted in roughly 300 films.


 




Visheshwara is well-known for his supporting roles in Tollywood productions. The late actor rose to fame in Suriya's ‘Pithamagan’, which Bala wrote and directed. He is also well-known from his brief appearance in ‘Evano Oruvan by Madhavan’ as the obnoxious shopkeeper.

Visheshwara appeared in other Telugu films as a comedian as well. He also did supporting roles in television serials. He appeared in several films, including ‘Andala Ramudu’,’Potti Pleader’, ‘Sisindri Chittibabu’, and ‘Bhakta Potana’.


As per several reports, many well-known figures from the Telugu cinema industry, including Jr. NTR, Pawan Kalyan, Nandamuri Balakrishna, and Chiranjeevi, paid their final tribute to the deceased actor.


Alongside Nageswara Rao, NT Rama Rao, MG Ramachandran, Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna, Chiranjeevi, and Pawan Kalyan, Visweswara Rao acted in a number of films. Alongside late chief ministers MGR, NTR, and J Jayalalithaa, he also performed in supporting roles.


Only recently did the comic actor Seshu of 'Lollu Sabha' pass away in the Tamil cinema industry. The actor passed away from a heart attack. Actor Daniel Balaji died within a week of his death.  Tamil fans grieved the actor's sudden death. The 48-year-old actor, who was well-known for his parts in 'Vada Chennai' and 'Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu', passed away from a heart attack. The loss of Visheshwara Rao has now increased Kodambakkam's grief.
